Shipping Policy

All products are sent directly from our partner factories to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes from 5 to 7 working days (after the product has been dispatched), depending on the location.

Products are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days after payment is confirmed in our system, but usually within 2 working days.

An important point to note is that orders placed by bank slip take between 1 and 3 working days for payment to be confirmed in our system.

After dispatch, we provide a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

The shop guarantees delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking. The delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

We ask for your attention when filling in the delivery address in order to ensure receipt of the product. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Products delivered to incorrect addresses can only be resent if they are returned by the recipient or if delivery is refused.

Insured delivery

If the product is delayed and not delivered, the amount paid will be 100% refunded.

Please note: When your order is dispatched, you may receive more than one parcel, depending on the number of items purchased. If you receive one parcel first and another later, rest assured this is completely normal.

Order tracking

Once the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

If we confirm that there is a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a full refund immediately after completing these verification steps.

Products are shipped via postal service or carrier, and a Tracking Code will always be provided so the customer can monitor the delivery progress.
